Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after payment is received.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or USPS First Class Mail, depending upon the weight and size of the package. Orders shipped by Priority Mail include insurance.

International Shipping: Please send an email first to request a shipping quote at fireflyfarmgoods@gmail.com International orders may be shipped via USPS First Class Package International without tracking or via USPS Priority Mail International.
Payment
All payments automatically go through the PayPal shopping cart and website. "PayPal is a safe and secure way to purchase items over the internet, and you do not need to have an account with them. Payment can be made securely using you major credit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance."
Money orders and checks {with hold} are also accepted. If you wish to mail a check or money order, please contact us first and we will email an invoice to you.
Refunds
Your satisfaction with the product is very important. If you are not completely happy with any item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Please notify us in advance. All items must be returned in new and unused condition. All Pottery returns must be insured. Once your return is received, you will be refunded the purchase cost in the method for which it was paid. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
